Tapper.org is the domain of Bill Tapp and Friends/Family.  I am a CCNA, MCSA, LPIC1 certified IT professional currently teaching at Vatterott College in St. Louis Missouri.  I have a wonderful wife Kathy and an incredible new little boy named David.  You can see them in the photo galleries.

    This site was begun with the Cool Runnings template designed by SquireCD from the Open Source Web Design organization.  If you aren't much of a code slinger it is a great place to start.  Editing was done using the Mozilla composer, which is wonderful.  The photo pages were generated using Adobe Photoshop.
